Please note: You must apply to both the Graduate School and the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies

1. Select “Apply for Graduate School” and follow directions.
In addition to completing the electronic application form, you will need to have the following items sent to:

1. Official transcripts from ALL degree-granting institutions attended. You cannot deliver or mail these transcripts; they must come directly from the institution.
2. Official copy of Millers Analogy Test (MAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores.
3. Note that completed application packets (including transcripts and test scores) must be submitted no later than March 29, 2010.

1. Copies of ALL post-secondary transcripts;
2. Copy of Miller Analogies Test (MAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) results;
3. Autobiographical Statement (A short 3-4 page autobiographical statement describing the highlights of your life to date your future goals and a description of how this doctoral program will assist you with your future goals. This narrative must be a typed and well-written description of your autobiography and future goals);
4. Professional resume;
5. Three Professional References (a peer, supervisor, and college/university professor; these references are mailed directly to the Department by the individuals completing the letter, remember to give your reference a stamped and addressed envelope).

Following a review of the application materials, selected candidates will participate in an interview with the admissions committee.
